Sausage Balls with Bisquick

Ingredients

2 cups bisquick
1 lb sausage
4 cups sharp cheddar, grated

Directions

1. Let sausage sit out to warm for 20+ minutes so it is easier to manage.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Mix all together until incorporated.
4. Use an ice cream scoop to separate into balls.
5. Roll and place on ungreased baking sheet sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

Makes about 36 balls with an ice cream scoop or smaller balls if desired (cooks faster). Enjoy.
