Ingredients
9 cups chex cereal (rice, corn, chocolate, or combination);
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips;
0.5 cup peanut butter;
0.25 cup butter;
1 tsp vanilla;
1.5 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Measure cereal into a large bowl. In a microwaveable 1-quart bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered, on high for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave additional 30 seconds or longer until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into two 1-gallon resealable plastic bags. Add half of powdered sugar into each bag, and shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
