Spinach Balls

Ingredients

Spinach Balls

2 pkgs frozen spinach (10oz.) cooked and drained
½ teaspoon of Thyme
4 beaten eggs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 onion finely chopped
½ cup(or a little less) melted margarine (butter)
2 cups of Pepperidge Farm Dressing (stuffing)

Directions

Mix ingredients together and refrigerate 2 hours. Later roll into balls. Bake on cookie sheet for 20 min. at 350. You can serve or freeze them.
