California Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients
2 cups sushi or short grain rice3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 avocado, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
Sesame seeds
Crab meat (real or imitation)
Nori sheets, sliced
Directions
Prepare rice in rice cooker.Combine the rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 to 45 seconds. Transfer rice to a large bowl and add vinegar mixture. Fold to thoroughly combined. Allow time to cool.
Serve in bowls and place toppings on top. Pour soy, mix and enjoy.
