Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients

02.5 qt water
01 block tofu
03 shitake mushrooms
00.5 c soy sauce
00.5 t white vinegar
00.5 t white vinegar
02 T corn starch in 04 c water (x02)
05 egg whites beaten
00.5 t sesame oil
01.5c bamboo shoots
chicken bouillion

Directions

Boil water, tofu, mushrooms, soy sauce, white vinegar, white pepper, and bamboo shoots. Drizzle cornstarch mixture to thicken. Drizzle beaten eggs into soup, stirring top with sesame oil.

Alternate: 05 eggs whites, 04 chicken bouillon cubes, 02x cornstarch in water.
