Fish Dish

Ingredients

08 T butter
02 large onions, chopped
blacked redfish seasoning blends
ground cayenne
coarse black pepper
extra virgin olive oil
ground white pepper
08 – 12 roma tomatoes
fresh mushrooms, sliced
02 cans tilapia, amberjack, scallops, and/or shrimp

Directions

Melt butter in pan. Add onions and olive oil. Add salt. Add pepper (cover top) and equal amount of white pepper. Then cover with magic seasoning and cayenne.

Add tomatoes and mushrooms, cans of celery soup, and one can of hot water. Add 02 cups of water and tilapia fillets, each turn in half.

Cook and place over rice or noodles.
