Beef Stew

Ingredients

salt and pepper
stew meat
01 onion
04 – 05 potatoes
03 – 04 carrots
chicken boullion cubes
02 cans stewed tomatoes

Directions

Salt, pepper, and flour meat. Fry until brown in a little oil; don't cook through.

Cut onion, carrots, and potatoes. Put boullion in pot, then cuts, then potatoes, then meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on high heat for 06 hours or medium heat for 08 – 10 hours.
